You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as PhilSys, UMID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS ID) and, in certain circumstances, proof of address and source of funds. Withdrawal access is contingent on successful KYC verification. phcah reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC.

phcah's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcah account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phcah's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
phcah collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and as further described in the phcah Privacy Policy. By using phcah, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. phcah implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
phcah reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phcah will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. The amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of phcah following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact phcah support to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to phcah's internal disputes resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
